Dear John:
Terri and I have been in our home for nearly three months already. Not only have we enjoyed every minute we’ve been here, we have talked many times about our experiences along the way to living at Greenfield Plantation.
It’s time now to say thanks to you and your organization for building us a fine home…a place we feel we’ve lived forever. Or experience with La Maison was positive from day one. I’ll take the liberty to say a bit about your team. Our point person was Ken Brown. Ken not only sold us on La Maison Homes building concepts, he stuck with us all the way through the process…as a friend. Even now he stops to say hi, to offer another a tip on another good place to eat, or perhaps who to call about something we haven’t been able to find. He’s special.
Then there’s Willie. Willie is all about doing things right. She is a real pro at her job, of course. But she contributes so much more to what we have come to call “La Maison Style”. She exudes integrity, which was very comforting to us along the way. We left her office the first day feeling we were in good hands with Willie. Even though a lot of our work was done by fax or by phone, she never let us down.
The fellow that put it all together deserves a whole bunch of kudos. Shane is outstanding. By contrast to his peer building supervisors, he’s the best. He was at the job site at least once a day, normally more. His attention to detail was excellent. The site was well managed. The project came in as promised. The sub-contractors were all good, all polite. All were very good at what they did.
The building process is so different here in Florida that anyone who has had a home built in other areas of the country might worry. So many contractors, so many sub-contractors so many people working on every phase of construction, and yet when they’re done a beautiful home is created. In our case, a beautiful La Maison Home, thanks to Shane and a whole team of dedicated people.
We are very proud of our new home and thank you and your whole team for a job well done.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and your associates for the wonderful job regarding the construction of my new home (Merlot). The final result has exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship exhibited by your crews and subcontractors was excellent and timely.
I would particularly like to acknowledge the patience, expertise and help extended to me by Alva, Mike, Willie, Helen, and Ashley. Their efforts were truly invaluable in making my first home construction a wonderful experience.

I just wanted to let you all know how much I love my new home! I have had two other homes built for me in the past walking away with nothing but terrible memories. I have to say that you have put back the trust in my mind that honest, loyal, caring, and fair contractors still do exist. Dear John:
We realize that this is a letter that is long overdue. We have in our beautiful new home for a little over a month now and just wanted to express to you how much we are enjoying it. In fact, the whole process of buying and building a new home with La Maison was most enjoyable.
We (along with our friends) are very impressed with the excellent craftsmanship that went into the construction of our home. Everything on the home's interior, from the appliances to the tile/ carpet flooring and the wall textures; and on the exterior from the back yard pool to the sprinkler system and the front yard driveway is of top grade quality and was completed professionally. We also realize that your homes standard package includes a lot of amenities that would be considered upgrades with other builders. We just wanted to let you know how well everything turned out and that we are completely satisfied.
We also want to say thank you to each and every one of the La Maison staff we had the pleasure to meet and work with along the way, pleasant and professional. Helen and the other ladies in the field office were always ready to help in keeping us abreast and updated on the progress of our home through the different stages. Willie was most patient during a long color session and assisted us greatly in some of the selections we chose in making our home look more beautiful. The construction superintendents seem to always be there when we needed them, and they were there even if we didn't. They were always willing to tend to our various requests and ensured that whatever it was that was needed was accomplished expeditiously.
It was a rare experience to do business with a builder who placed so much emphasis on providing the personal touch while building a home. It was refreshing to have the opportunity for input in so many facets of our home's construction and was enjoyable to find you to be so flexible in letting us do so many things the way we wanted. Although we wish you much success and growth in the future, we hope it is not at the expense of losing that personal touch, because that is what is most appreciated.
Thanks again to a man, who keeps his promises, from the two people who keep theirs.
